BUILDING AN ONLINE PRESENCE FOR A RESORT IN THE CARIBBEAN.

Welcome to our case study on this successful Website design and Digital marketing project our team of experts completed in the island of Grenada. This project began as a branding and identity project and soon became also a website design and development project and now we are working towards ensuring it i the resort with the most followers, leads and highest online presence in the island of Grenada. The island is full beautiful resorts and it is an amazing place for visitors to enjoy the true Caribbean life style.
Hence a new resort was born.

CHALLENGES

The new resort was looking to create a powerful image and brand identity to accelerate and communicate their goals and vision with their target customers.  By being a resort in the Caribbean, it was key that not only the brand represented the business, but also that it was different and had the personality that the resort’s environment and owners has. They also needed to ensure the website and all marketing colaterals were consistent with this accross all mediums

OUR SOLUTION FOR BRANDING AND IDENTITY

To really be able to create the end product, we had to dive into a few branding workshops to understand the user personas, brand attributes, x-factors, personality of the team and much more. Our creative director worked towards outlining brand attributes and using the ones that stood out the most with the team. From here, we worked towards identifying and doing research about the target market and creating the user personas which were used through out the entire project. Once we were finished with the workshops our design team created three logo concepts from which one was chosen and developed on.

HIGHLIGHTS OF MARKETING COLLATERALS

This was one of the most fun parts of the projects. The resort has a personality, but how do you translate it into design? Our creative director dived into finding unique elements that made up the personality of the resort. Our client also gave us ideas of what they always thought the result was going to be and what they would like people to experience. Hence, we came up with a vintage-rustic look.
